It is imperative that the Commanders get me the applications and fees ASAP. It is a herculon amount of work to arrange our services and I need your assistance. This next week I will be preparing the formal invitations and this year we will have a program for the church. Chevalier Joseph Luna will be assisting me and printing out these for us. I need to know how many invitations each Commandery would like to have. Anyone can attend the actual Service – There are no costs.
The Formal Black tie held on Saturday Sept 19th at the Marriott is $150.00 per person.This includes a 5 course meal with wine service.
The Commander’s Dinner is held on Friday Sept 18th at the Marriott $100.00 per person. This dinner is a Mexican Fiesta theme with 18 types of Mexican foods – desserts – Sangria and beer.
